Meet the Team

Sheila McCann
Principal-Franchise Operations
After five years as a trial attorney, she decided to leave the conflict driven legal scene. Upon researching several business ideas, she concluded that a bread bakery café would provide her with long term sustainable income, an enjoyable work environment and allow her to share her love of great bread with the small California community that she lived in. She was raised in Montana and grew up on fresh healthy bread made from flour that was locally grown without chemicals, GMO or other preservatives. She arranged for the flour from the same Montana wheat fields to be shipped out west and drew upon her grandmothers’ recipes to open the doors of the first bakery café. After resounding success, and meticulous planning, she launched the House of Bread Bakery Cafe franchise opportunity.
